I was thinking of getting these this time around. Do they taste any different and are they 55 or 70?

New find....is it too good to be true?

I found a surprisingly wonderful tasting drink. It is made by Sturm's and is called Spiced Cider. It can be prepared cold or hot. I tried it hot and it is really good. It comes 10 to a box in little pouches like the Crystal Light "to go". I paid $2.78 at Walmart for a box of 10 packets.

Nutritional facts...
10 calories
2 carbs

first ingredients are Malic Acid, Maltodextrin, Natural flavors, Sodium Citrate ...

Holly H

well, I seem to have taken a 3 month "vacation"!!!! I did get discouraged at first, because I should have hit my goal in 2 weeks. That's what I get for taking a bit of a break. I'm back on, and feeling great! Just happy to be back! Hope all of you are doing well!!!

2 NSVs!

NSV #1: I have a LAP!

Understand, now, that 5' 4" and over 300 lbs, I DIDN'T have a lap!

So, normally, previously, when we were at church, I'd lay my Bible next to me and write kind of on my belly...typical obese note-taking posture.

We were in church, taking in the sermon, and I stretched. And in the middle of the stretch, it hit me--

My Bible was laid open on my LAP! And ...

AliceinOnderland and Bikipatra Meet in DC

ImageImage

We had such an awesome time. We shopped till we dropped for almost three hours and she was still shopping when I had to leave to come home and have my L&G and medication! The funniest thing is that she is from Louisiana and I am from Texas and our accents both got thicker as we hung out together. Sales staff commented on our accents in two stores! We were both dressed in purple ...

In a nutshell I am a 29 year old middle school teacher from Southern CA.

I've always been heavy and about 3-4 years ago I did go from 250 to 200 with a plan similiar to medifast's maintance. Needless to say I have slowly gained all but the last 10 pounds back. My clothes were starting to ...

Went a little weak in the knees...

Today the kids are home from school, sick. I was making their lunch...I pulled out the soft bread and the smell whafted to my nose...it began to call on me...THEN I opened up the Jif Chunky Peanut Butter...OH MY, I went weak in the knees when that glorious smell hit my senses!!!!! I spread the peanut butter, cut the sandwich in half, gave each girl a half...grabbed a pack of soy crips and RAN away ...

Stress and its consequences: making the connection

Today has been stressful and it isn't even lunchtime yet! I have a really jam-packed schedule and manage to juggle everything well -- now I think I know why. When things started getting a little tense at work today all I could think about was stuffing my face with something calorie-laden and yummy. The difference is, this time (unlike all the other times) I didn't. This is a big step for me and I have ...
