Can someone help me please? I was reading through the recipes and I saw where someone said there was a recipe out there to make crackers out of the broccoli soup. Of course I can't find it anywhere. I have been back through all 13+ pages of recipes.

I can't stomach the soup and love the thought of crackers.

Any help would be appreciated.

Here I am, total actual weight lost is 162 pounds lost since May 1st. 06.

Here is me at my heaviest which was 340 pounds, and carrying my daughter who was 6 months old at the time and now she is 20 months old! :)



And here I am pretty much at goal of 180+ pounds, a lean mean machine!! ...

My child is having her child Wednesday, making Brian and myself Nonno and Nonna!

Her due date is actually on Friday the 23rd, she had an ultrasound today to size him up. He's approximately 8 lbs 10 ozs right now (give or take a few ozs)! 1 cm dilated, 50 % effaced. Doc said "lets rock n roll!". :D

So...I'm headed out first thing in ...

I am just beginning MF for the first time. I have the last 25 stubborn pounds to go. I know I have 2 events in early March, that I know I will break the MF program for those nights. In your experience, should I just wait until I can dedicate 30 straight days? How bad would it be to break it one night - with booze and food.

I havent posted in a long time . I have Minestrone soup and Chili and Peach Oatmeal for trade .

I like about anything especially Choc ,strawberry , cranberry mango Shakes. Chai Tea, Apple cinnamon oatmeal . Brown sugar cinnamon oatmeal.

I would consider anything except any soups .

Yesterday was one of the busiest weekend days I've had in a long time.
From 10 am till about 4:30 I was at scrapbooking class type thing with a friend of mine. I am soooo not the creative type person but had an absolute blast and can see this becoming an addiction. :)

Right afterwards I had to rush home to change for a concert. Saw Daughtry! ...

Just need to post it to keep it real. Had been Stuck for almost 3 weeks, so stayed off the scale and focused on staying OP. Was getting frustrated - :wallwall: - reading about everyone's great successes (keeping on trying is a success) helped, and it's finally paying off. Know I don't contribute a whole bunch, but it's nice to know there is a great group here ...

I definately don't want to start a political discussion here, but is anyone else sick of the presidential election coverage already???????? :x
