Someone posted a question recently about why the forum seemed to be quieter lately, and one of the answers was that much of the conversation has moved over to journals.

I don't yet have a journal, so those of you who have been keeping them, what are the advantages/disadvantages of using a journal? What are some of the practicalities of using the journal vs. the forum itself?

Good Afternoon, does anyone know if having the Chicken with Wildrice Soup for all of my meal replacements for 3 days iin a row will affect my ketosis? I just got an email fron Neiman Marcus this morning that had as its subject line: Sophisticated spring fashions in special sizes. I clicked on it and then thought, there is no way I am paying Neiman's prices for plus sized, oh excuse me, "special" sized spring clothes when I expect to reach goal this summer!
