Hey! I just saw the Medifast commercial and guess what?! One of the "stars" is from my home town.....wooo hooo. I don't know her, but I do know her parents. She was also in People Magazine a year ago.

Well I started Full Fast yesterday, my doctor said I check out, but I keep feeling unconfortable about only 5 meals a day :) I know it works but sometimes it's scary I'm eating so little. I hear I can interchange to a 5+1 plan whenever I want, and even go between the two? If that is so, then that is great :)

I started researching Medifast and ordered my program earlier this week. I knew it was good 'juu juu' when I emailed my sister in Florida and asked if she was interested in doing the program as well and ...

I have a friend who's considering Medifast but she travels on business and has to entertain clients quite a bit when she does. So what do those in similar situations do? Obviously, having a lean and green at dinner is no problem. But she's understandably reluctant to whip out a packet while out with clients at breakfast and lunch.

I know some do that, but any other suggestions? I suggested having just tea or coffee ...

Hi everyone!
I have a question about how to determine a goal weight. I thought I was being realistic with a goal of 130 lbs but I went to MyMedifast site and it suggested 118! I know it's calculation is based upon BMI but does age have any bearing upon what a final goal should be?

Question on making the oatmeal cookies can I make them in advance? If I can how long can I keep them? Do they, should they be refrigerated?
