I am on day four of my medifast journey and I have a horrible cold I was wondering if anyone knew of any good cold medicine you can take while on medifast. I realize that most of them have sucrose in them and since cold medicines are not required to list nutritional values I didn't want to take the chance and screw all my hard work up.

Well, today was the first day in over 2 years that I have tucked a shirt in. I thought.....what the heck......I'll give it a try and see how it looks. I was pleasantly surprised.

Not only that........but when I look down I can actually see my belt buckle and not my stomach. :whoohoo:

I think that the hardest part for me will be cooking food for everyone else and not tasting it. I'm trying to plan before my food gets here so......... those of you in the same shoes give me some tips please.

Not my age or my IQ. I don't qualify for that high in either yet ;) although age is coming in a couple of months.

I am talking about jean size. Today I found some clearance jeans at wal-mart in size 34 and couldn't pass up the deal (being in 36's). I promptly tried them when I got home and low and behold, they fit!

I guess I had my first NSV today. I had lost 3 lbs 2 weeks ago and was up 2 this weigh in :x . I weighed myself this morning and was down 4 (the two gained and another 2 additional lbs). :D
