I have been following the program faithfully for a full 3 days now and I am soooo hungry today I could probley eat a whole lot of bad things right now, if they were in front of me. Has anyone used Psyllium Husk? Instead of using metamucil.

This is how it reads. Serving Size 2 capsules
Total Carbs 1 g
Dietary Fiber 1 g
Psyllium Husk Fiber 1 g
