I'm new to the forum. I'm interested in trying to swap out some of my medifast meals for others , but am not sure how this is done. If I post what I'm looking for, once an agreement has been made for a swap, how do we exchange email addresses or addresses without posting that information on the forum?

I have eggs, pudding (choc and vanilla) and joint shakes (choc and vanilla)...I love the taste of the shakes, but mine are not vegetarian approved so need to trade for regular Medifast 55 kind......Am looking for Peach oatmeal, Dutch chocolate shakes or caramel nut bars...... :D
