Hi everyone,

I started medifast (5-0) today under physician supervision. I have about 90 lbs to lose and will be 38 in 2 weeks.

I did MF about 14 years ago and lost about 50 lbs in 3 months but then just quit one day and never went back. So I know it works, and I still remember how good I felt while doing it. Especially as the weight came off.

My question/concern is this. ...

So I started back on MF - full fast today. I was at Nodstrom's last week and I tried on some really cute spring tops (they were actually cute and in the big girls department). I tried on the 3X (the largest they have) and it was toooooo tight! ACK! No wonder my bra has been giving me problems. I jumped on the scale and was up to my highest ever - 264. Yuck, Yuck ...

I have to work night shift this week and I'm not sure how to plan my meals

I started being nauseated Thursday. :cry: I've had the runs (sorry!) :oops: since then, but just last night started throwing up. :puke: Where do I begin with my diet? What should I try to eat. The RTD made me nauseated last night. I know this is TOO MUCH ...

I even went to the MF site and they still have the March one up.

I took a different route on my walk this morning and decided to capture the cherry blossoms while they are in bloom. As some of you may know, they only last about a week and are a pretty big deal around here! They have a Cherry Blossom Festival each year and here is my contribution. Extra points to the person who can spot my dog in one of the pictures!

Hey all, I am sending Unca a picture of Nancy and I from the meeting that Mike and Diana hosted. It was nice to be able to finally meet Terry and Nancy in person! If you ever get a chance to sit in on one of their presentations then do it because it is very informative!
