My suggestion..

My suggestion would be for MF to start making the drinks - especially the Tropical Punch and Cranberry mango in those convienent packages like the Crystal Light to go stuff. Lately I've been carrying a bottle of water around. I'll drink 1/2 and then at MF time drop in some Tropical Punch or Cranberry Mango. Granated I can never get the hole jut right so I end up spilling some and it can be messy. ...

DonicaB Halfway

I sent Unca a couple of pictures. The first one was taken on Christmas morning (2006). (Lovely isn't it?????) The second one was taken this past Sunday morning (Easter 2007).

Ok... with as much water as I drink my skin should not be dry.

It is, and I am starting to feel like lizzard woman. :dino: I have found an Oil of Olay lotion that is helping on my legs. I am reluctant to try to many things in my face. I have sensitive skin, and don't want to break out. Any of you have a suggestion ...

Atkins?

Has anyone here ever tried Atkins? I am just curious because Medifast is low-carb too. Medifast seems to work better cause it's low calorie though so I'm just wondering how they compare. :)
