I have six diabetic peanut bars available for trade. They are fresh - just got them. But the sweetner doesn't work for me.

I am open to trade almost anything.

I am getting tired of chicken and turkey. I saw the pretend lobster and crab at the fish counter. I assume we can have it. How in the heck do you prepare it? It says it's already cooked. Do you just heat and eat? I am not a huge fish fan, but I need to expand my dinner options.

This is a recipe from over on the official Medifast forums. Apparently everybody loves it to death. The lady who posted it is just about worshipped, LOL. Her name is dbbthreads and she has lost 82 pounds already, at least one 100+ pound loser advocates these as well.

I have up for sale or trade 1 unopened box of 7 plus 1 loose bar all exp 6/07. These are the bars prior to the reformulaion of the chewy bars with crispies. pm me if interested :)

Entered this world 4/16/07 at 2:12PM. He weighed 8lbs. 8oz., measuring 21 inches long. Sharon was in labor for 5 hours and pushed for only 57 minutes. Mom and baby are doing great and we are actually home 22 hours after delivery!! I will send Unca a picture of him!!

I want to buy a new scale and I thought Id ask the experts on what you have and like.
