Ugh!!! I just returned to my desk and my co-worker left me a home-made cookie on my desk. It looks so good, and it would be rude to throw it out in front of her. I wanted to eat it so bad!!! However, I just kept it on my desk, once the co-worker left I tossed it in the trash can.

This is morning one of day one. I lost a lot of weight before on MF, maintained weight loss, but then gained again when I became pregnant. My goal was to loose the weight by my kid's first birthday, which is 2 months away. I have made several failed attempts at going back on MF. I kept telling myself that I want to be skinny again, but then give in to my sugar cravings ...

172.5. I really am so glad it finally happened-I knew it would but I was within 5 pound range of it for 10 days. It feels great. Now I am up and hungry! I did go to bed at 7 because of my back so have slept a little over 7 hours. I'll see if I can go back to sleep once my excitement wears off! :) ...

I am embarrassed to death about what I have become. But I think that if I don't put it all out there, I will just continue to bury it inside, and I will never make the changes for myself that are necessary. So, here we go.
