This was brought up in another thread but I wanted some more info.

I know you cannot "do" MF while you're pregnant, but if you were on it and then discovered you were pregnant, would there be any harm? We're talking 2-3 weeks between conception and finding out. Then, if you were pregnant, would you have to just quit MF altogether or could you follow a transition/maintenance plan while pregnant?

I'm going to be starting Medifast. I already exercise, but I was wondering if that would be a problem when starting the program?

Also, I know that you should not use Medifast if you're Pregnant, but has there ever been a problem with someone stopping after they find out their pregnant? And side effects, etc.?

I lost over 40 lbs with Medifast about 3 years ago. I gained it all back.. :oops: I've changed my eating , but I'm hoping to loose all the weight this time and keep it off.

I still have to order my supplements. I'm going on a woman's retreat this weekend. I'm hoping to order when I get back.
