Hi do you guys seem to be colder on the MF plan? I was always a hot person and I have goosebumps all the time now. Has this happened to anyone and do you know why?? I certainly still have meat on my bones to keep me warm-haha.

How many packets a day can I have? I read in another topic that we could have 10 packets a day (that's a lot) but I want to make sure. Also the DaVinci Syrups ......... I read 4 Tbls a day. Is this correct? I use both in my coffee.
