Hello, My name is Larry my wife and I and a friend of ours started the program this week. So far so good. ive had a few bouts with hunger but i have had a cup of bullion and that seems to get me thru the tough times.

My wife and I are both diabetic today is my 6th day and my blood sugar hasnt been this good in years this morning though it was ...

I read in Nickie's journal that holberry has an artichoke for her L&G everyday....

... but I eat an artichoke everyday for my l/g.

So, being the choke lover that I am, I got excited. Perhaps these were added to the new QS Guide. Then I looked... nowhere to be found :cry:
So, I looked up the data... they don't seem so bad... ...

Is it ok to split proteins? Like last night I had a grilled burger and I buy the frozen ones, well after it was grilled it was only like 2.5 oz. So i ate the white only from a boiled egg for some added protein. What do you guys think?

i accidentally threw out my packing slip so i can't return anything :(

I need to reorder some bars and wonder if there is a huge different in taste between the Diabetic Peanut butter bars (that are on sale) vs the regular Peanut Butter Bars.

Would love some feedback so I can order in the morning.

I was wondering if anyone with and IUD has had any problems after they lost their weight? I have heard rumors of the IUD dislodging or moving with sudden weight loss. Just wondering if anyone has had any similar experiences or issues.

hi all!

i've been trying to come up with decent recipes to use ground turkey in. everything i try always turns out a bit bland. it's like the turkey meat doesn't soak up the flavour or what have you.

does anyone have any ideas of what i can do with this ground turkey?

i've tried different variations of chili to no avail.

RE: the shakes - do you all feel the best way is in a blender? I am packing my things for the day for work and I didn't know if mixing up a shake and then packing it in a freezer bag (in a bottle of course!) would be ideal or is it something ...
