9.4 lbs lost during my 1st week on MF

Sticking with it and drinking 64+ozs of water.

I took until day 7 to start really feeling awsome, but now that the exhaustion is gone I am very excited about my results and the rest of the summer on MF. :D

Useful gadget

We're running a small blurb on this, and it sounds like it could be useful to some folks here ...

Do you need a cup of tea to start your workday or a mug of instant soup as an afternoon pick-me-up? Perfect for the office, the 32-ounce Hot Pot Express boils water faster than a microwave and is small enough to be stored in a desk drawer. The electric kettle’s plastic body is lightweight and ...

Army Wives

Is anybody out there watching this? I have been (even macho men can enjoy good acting). This is one of the best done shows on TV right now (IMHO).

something really weird...

I wanted chicken noodle soup for my 5th today, and when I opened the packet, there were no noodles! It was basically just a bouillon..

I don't know what to do? Have half a shake? Or just ignore it??

Fat Burners?

I'm sure know the answer to this but I wanted to get some feedback...

Can you take fat burners while on Medifast or will that throw things off? I have a bottle of SlimQuick and I really want to take some for 3 reasons...

1) It burns fat quickly (as does Medifast)
2) It suppresses appetite.
3) It has caffiene and I need a boost since I'm avoiding coffee (I love it with cream and ...

Hi - Newbie on Day 10!

Hello all!

I'm on Medifast to try and lose about 80 pounds. I'm down about 14 pounds since I started, most of which I attribute to water weight, etc.

I feel great, love the program but I am feeling the occasional urge to eat "real" food...I am a comfort eater. I have a toddler who eats mashed potatos, cheese, pasta, etc... and I want to eat those things when I feed her!!! BUT I DON'T! ...

oatmeal cookie baking suggestion from a newbie

Hi,

I just baked the apple cinn oatmeal cookies according to the package. They were very good, however, if anyone wants the cookies to me more crisp, I found that making them flat to begin with worked best. Otherwise, if you spoon the mixture out and then just bake it will have a more moist/rubbery texture.

with respect,
sfjoy
