Hello all-
Ok I am a new comer and Ive only been on Medifast for 3 days. I am having great difficulty. I am finding many of the foods I do not like, I can hardly swallow them! I will return some, but I would like to be in this for the long hall- how can I do it? I dont want to be discouraged- but I am holding back the gag reflux after trying ...

What about sweet potatoes...My hubby and son love them...I do too. I will actually make them for a meal.

A lot of people have been talking about cruises lately - how far in advance do you need to book them? We are thinking about a February 08 cruise - are we already too late? Can anybody pm me a good travel site to book from?

I'm not sure if anyone remembers me but I'm back for good. I have basically been doing Medifast a day or 2 here and there for months. Ok, more like a year. I still come and read posts everyday which is really weird since I'm not faithful to the diet. Something always comes up and I start over again at least 2-3 times a week.
