Sweet Oatmeal "bread"

This is not a new recipe, but I thought some newbies may enjoy it. I have tweaked it just a little to make it more of a sweet bread.

1 pkg MF oatmeal (any flavor)
1 pkg MF eggs
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tblsp ground flax meal
1/8 tsp Splenda
1/4 tsp lemon or vanilla extract
following spices to taste: use what you like, part or all of them
cinn
pumpkin pie spice

Hello all... another newb getting started.

Howdy folks... Ordered the product a couple of weeks ago, decided I'd start today (7/16) so I had a bit of a binge over the weekend. With that behind me, I'm moving forward with the plan. Two shakes down and tons more to go. :lol:


Weighed in at 297 this morning, headed to 210 or even as low as 199..

A few questions

Could someone please tell me the rule on beef or chicken boullion cubes/packets. I saw some recipes in the lean cuisine section that had incorporated them, but I'm not sure on the rule. How much a day are we allowed and is it best to stick with the regular ones or the lower sodium ones.

Also, another question about tuna. How much for the lean portion of the lean and green meal are we allowed? ...

I am curious what my body will look like after I loose the weight. I am 5 feet 2.5 inches. I am loosing the weight I gained from having a baby. Moody and Lethargic week 4

Hi everyone,

Monday will mark the start of week 4 on the plan. For the past few days, I've been struggling. I'm worn out (and don't work out), tired, feel lazy.

I've also been extremely volatile with my husband and family - cranky, short tempered. It is worst in the AM and I literally wake up wanting to throw things around in anger. It's NOT like me.

I started today, too!

Hi everyone...

I started the program today, too. I thought the food tasted better than I was expecting. Maybe thats because I bought Nutri-system a couple of months ago...that stuff is Nasty!

My questions are:

1- has there been any talk of getting rid of the partially hydrogenated oils? I don't know how they would make the food without it...but just curious because of the problem with trans fat lately.

Started program today

Hi all-
Newbie here. Today was my first day using medifast. I won't lie, it's been rough. My biggest problem is how the food tastes. I don't know what I was expecting, but I think it's not really that good. So I have been walking now for a month now. But I really wanted to start to run...... How should I go about doing this. Should I only do 20 miutes a day. I have been walking 25 minutes in the morning and 25 minutes in the evening. Or should I not even think about running.
