We’re recovering from a major winter snow and ice storm here in The Couve this first week of January 2004.

We just didn’t have no energy :snooze: and hardly ever got invited to go to parties in the big city and such.

But then our luck changed big time.

I am a newbie...my shipment should arrive end of next week...I am scared to death...I have failed miserably at Atkins, Suzanne Sommers, proteing power, and weight watchers.....I am MISERABLE...please tell me this will work...I do NOT want to fail again....I own a bar/restaurant and that is the hard part....I also gained when I quit smoking, but now need to lose 60 pounds...will I succeed, ...

Today wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. I had shakes at 8 and 11.... and then cut a lemon bar up into about 30 pieces and brought it to the 3 hour LOTR Return of the King movie to snack on. I've had all my water and only 1 diet soda today. I had the chili for dinner ....and I tried to make it last....but for the first time today ...

Well today is day 5... for the second time. I started on Jan. 1st. the first time at 225lbs. On day 5 I was at 220lbs.
