I'm on day 2 - and am having an unexpectedly okay time with it. I'm sure tomorrow may be a doozy - but I think I'm prepared.

I just can't gulp down ALL the water we have to drink! Is it okay to squeeze some lemon into the water and heat it? Does tea count as water? Does Crystal Light? Seems like everything we consume is water based...I'm just wondering what the boundaries are ...

Anyone have any info on fasting and taking anti-depressants at the same time. my doc said I have to watch out for something called seritonin syndrom. she kinda scared me!!!!!!!!!!! has anyone continued with their meds while on this program and was there any problems?

I have a sister who under went Gastric Bypass and it basically is very reduced calorie liquid diet, how does Medifast compare? From what I have read the weight loss seems to be just as quick.

I haven't started the plan yet and am only in the "informational" stage. I have about 100 #'s to rid myself of and am wondering how long a person can do the full fast for? I thought I saw 16 weeks somewhere and then you transition to the 5 and 1 plan. Is this true?
