OH my gosh. I went to my sister's house (prior to this - I spent all my 6 days of Medifast at my house - where I have confiscated all food and the pantry is empty.) I SO feel for you who have to feed your kids! I have no kids yet so it's just me and my husband who grabs a bite on the way home to keep me from having to cook in ...

Tomorrow will end my first week on the full fast and I actually feel great! Because I've decided to weigh-in only once a month, I don't know how much weight I've actually lost, however, I can totally tell that I have indeed lost a few pounds!

Yippee! 10 days ago I weighed 206. I did a modified plan on the bits of Medifast I had in my cupboard for a few days until two days ago when I received my shipment. Two full days on the complete plan, went and bought a quality scale this evening..... and I now weigh 195!!!!!!!!! Okay - I know there's a few lbs of clothing in the difference but certainly SOME of that 11 lbs ...

I've been gone from the boards since before Christmas, due to the holidays and family in town and my daughter's school, etc.

But, I'm glad to stay that I've been sticking with it. I had a few bad days (Christmas Eve, for one) and one REALLY bad day (my birthday), but I still lost 24 pounds in my first five weeks, so I guess I'm not doing so badly after all!
