Just starting with my wife I am really doing it in support of her BUT I want to lose about 15 lbs. My question is I lift weights three to four days a week can I expect to lose this final 15?

I made the 40# club yesterday, but I wanted to see it on the scale for 2 days before I got too excited! :D

40 lbs in 4 months. I'm happy!

My husband helped me fit the Enell bra as tight as it would fit me, taking in fabric under the arm and taking up the straps considerably per the Enell fitter's instructions. It is much better than a regular bra but I still have a bounce when I jog or jump up and down. The bounce isn't painful though and not as jiggly, just up and down.
