WOO HOO! I was out of clothes and finally went shopping. I got to buy clothes in a size 14! I also bought some new sweat outfits for the gym, and they're a size "large" and NOT TIGHT! (OK, doesn't sound great, but remember I'm 5'10" and XL or XXL was always the name of the game).

I've been on the program for about two weeks now. I have enough to keep me for the next two. I wanted to start ordering my Medifast from this site. Well, here we are. Another week has passed and we are still going strong and picking up speed. Just for your information: Last week only 5 members posted a weight loss on the Roll Call post but just between those 5 we posted a 26.5 lb. loss. I think I will tally the total each week and add it to the current roll call so we can see some big totals. But we can't get ...

I have a "before before" picture (me at 185 four years ago) and a "current" picture from last summer
at approx 238. As you can see, I carry at least 40 of those pounds in my chin. I carry a LOT of weight in my face,
which I find VERY unfair (I see so many heavy women with perfectly thin chins - ARGH!).

OK, I've been on Medifast for a few weeks, but I have not been as strict as I was the first week. I am hoping that loggng in here will help keep me on track. Fortunately I just received about a month's supply for free! A friend's sister did not want it any more. This is a great motivation.

I have been doing the modified program using about half a chicken breast and steamed broccoli ...

My last weigh-in had me at 211, woo hoo! Then I didn't weigh for a little bit. I know I was down something from there; I could feel it and see it in my clothes and I had been VERY good.

And then horror struck:

MY SCALE BROKE

I ran out and bought the nicest scale I could find at target, and then weighed myself. According to the new scale, I was 215. That's up ...
