Well, I am losing in a strange way...first week was great, 7 pounds and THEN it became frustrating...no loss for 4 days....I HAVE DECIDED TO STAY OFF THE SCALE UNTIL WEEKLY WEIGH IN.....also, those little metaucil pills don't work , maybe I did not take enough...I will try taking more, silly bottle says 2-6 tablets, so what 2 will work, 4 will give you diahrea or WHAT...lol.... ...

Hope everything is going well. I usually would weigh-in this morning, but I'm going to hold off and change my "weigh-in" day to every Sunday. I love your Sunday morning "Roll Call" and find it more incentive to have that day as my "weigh-in" day. Thanks! Will post to ya Sunday morning!

Day two and 4# down. I had to weight myself!!!. This morning was the first in a long time that I could see the light at the end of the tunnel. I woke-up not thinking about what I was going to have at the cafeteria for breakfast, (I work at a hospital) but that I can finally do this. I feels GREAT to have control over my life. I know that you can order RTD shakes, but if you don't have any on hand, can you prepare a shake and take it with you in a container that you can just shake when you get ready to drink it? The shake would sit for about 3-4 hours at a time. :?
