Move me up, Unca Tim---50 pounds gone!!!!!

I was wondering...its sooooo cold here that waking up..I just want something warm to eat!! is it okay to have oatmeal for breakfeast..then next meal a shake..followed by 2 more shakes
line up something like this:

9am..oatmeal
11am shake
1pm shake
3pm shake
5pm chili
7pm shake or soup if needed!

not sure if your first 3 supplements HAVE To be shakes?
any input would be appreciated!!

This is the latest pic I could find. This was taken in November while my hubby was home. My Husband has lost about 20 pounds since he went remote in May 2003 so that makes me a big time slacker! I know that on this diet, I have been spending quite long time travelling back and forth to the restroom. What about constipation? Has anyone else experienced this and what can be done about it? :lol:
