I really wanted more of a weight loss today and I'm trying to get over the disappointment of only a 2.5 loss...I guess I will increase the water today and try to mentally move on...I have so much to lose that I feel like it will take me forever...Do the MEdifast products that you choose to eat or drink effect ...

hola! i used to weigh 400# and was still at 300# when i found this place. the benefit of needing to lose this much weight is that medifast really was made for you. i lost 100# in 9 months. i didn't do anything special-- just followed the plan.

I had an awful scare struggling to breath the other night (Tues) and ended up in the hospital for 2 days!! I had to stop my Medifast as they would not allow it in the hospital...Come to find out, I had a bad case of bronchitis...Missed the site and will start again early tommorow morning...Hope you are all well and losing away !

Today is my one month mark. I am very happy to report that I have lost 20.8 lbs.

I am looking forward to the next 10 lbs. Then I will be where I was about a year ago.

Onward march to the goal. :D

My wife is a five year Breast Cancer survivor and is concerned about the amount of soy in the shakes. She has read pros and cons concerning soy...what do you guys think?
