Ok- I have consumed, in addition to my shakes today 148 oz of water! Will my body eventually get used to this? Otherwise - day two going great...I feel FANTASTIC!

Hey all,
Well I went and saw the weight doctor and he said I can go back on medifast modified plan.... woo hooo I'm back in action!!!!! today is day 1 (again). He also said I have metabolic syndrome. he put me on medication because he said my insulin isnt producing enough glucos instead it's producing fat cells :-( crappy huh?

Oh well I'm happy to be back on the medifast polan and happy to ...

I just got my syrups. You weren't kidding about the price being good. These are 3/4 liter bottles, not the little bottles of vanilla they sell at the grocery store. I'm bad about water, always have been. Everyone in my family is like that. So I am adding a tablespoon of the syrup to soda water. Watermelon in Diet Sprite is also awesome. Before I got my medifast in, I was using those Mega-T green tea supplements for about a week..I dont know if it is still ok to use them with my shakes or not. I took 2 a day before the Medifast. one in the morning, one in the afternoon.. Thanks if anyone has any info on this..
