I am trying to upload a personal avatar that is no more than 120 pixels and it is not uploading. Every time I try I get error messages. I have tried uploading from a file on my computer AND uploading from a picture hosting site. Nothing has worked. Any suggestions?

When I first started this journey, I kept a list in my (paper) journal on which MF meals were my favorite. By the end of the first month, chocolate pudding was at the top of the list. Then it was the Caramel Nut Bars. Last summer is was chilled lemon bars.

Right now my favorites are:

cappuccino
vanilla pudding with lemon extract
creamy tomato with red pepper flakes

I was wondering if there were any other people using medifast that are also taking Synthroid for a low thyroid condition. Does the program work for you and also how does the soy interact with your medication?
