As I mentioned last weekend, I was out of comission and in the hospital for 9 days with ( I am still mind buggled over this) Pulmonary embolism. I am and will be on Coumadin Therapy for 6 months. Well here's where the problem begins. Coumadin doesn't like vitamin k!!!! In fact, people on coumadin have been rushed to hospital and even died after getting large amount of vitamin k from regular food. ...

This is a tough one for me. I have to travel for business.

Of course that means hotels and dining out. I know I can use the shakes but it's difficult when you 'MUST' attend these dinner functions. And then there are those meetings when they order in for lunch and whatever.

You can't just pull out a shake and go to it. Some situations just don't allow.

Any suggestions to maintaining some sort of ...

:shock: I have developed this very very bad habit. I am a sneak. I have no problems all week....temptation is not even an issue.
