Ketosis Question

Hello Everyone!

I'm new to the Medifast Plan (this is Day 11). I lost 12 pounds in my first week!!! I have to say, I survived the first three days pretty well. What I'm wondering is...when does the fatigue and hunger go away? From reading the books, it seems like I shouldn't be hungry or tired anymore, but I am. It's bearable, don't get me wrong. I drink some more water, or if I'm really ...

It's the bomb!

I have a hot boullion tip. (big news in the MF world huh?)

I bought the 'better than boullion' chicken, and it is absolutely delicious. It's like drinking a bowl of chicken soup.

I add a dab of it to my chicken noodle mf soup and it zips it right up.
Same with the beef flavor and the mf chili.

They have about 4 other flavors too ..... Ham, Vegetable, LOBSTER, and one other one ...

Just Sharing

This morning I got up and put on a very expensive pair of slacks that I purchased and wore once (with pockets bulging ) about 2 years ago. They fit perfect today. Also ..I know it is not weigh in day...but I have lost 2 pounds since Saturday...and I needed that with my slow down.

Please accept your change

Well, today I am thinking about resistance. There have been several posts lately (not to mention the thoughts in my own dang head) that address the fact that after initial success we find ourselves going off program. What is this??? We’re losing weight, it’s working and we mess with it. From weekend sneaks to late night nibblers, we all have to deal with this. What is this resistance to healthful, desired change???? What is this ...

Another newbie to the forum

Hello all

I too have been “lurking” in the background reading posts but I’ve decided its now time to “come into the light”

I’m in week 4 of the program and I’m already about 15 pounds lighter. I spent last Saturday digging through old clothes to try and find something that doesn’t look 2 sizes too big for me (one the most enjoyable afternoons I’ve had ...
