*ahhhhhhh* big sigh of relief there. I just got finished taking 1 part of a 2 part geek test. Hopefully all that stress and pressure I had surrounding me is what is causing me to hold on to this weight my first week of the program. Now that I can kick back and relax a lil bit, maybe my body will kick into gear and get some pounds off this weekend before roll call. I ...

With all the shakes and water, you end up forgeting you are hungry because you are peeing so much. Anyway...it's kind of rough today, but I know I'll get through it. Keep it up everyone!!

Is anyone out there reading or has read in the past any good "Self help" and " Behavior modification" books? If so, could you please share them with me. I'd like to utilise the time I'm on medifast to really understand and get a grip on Emotional eating and that sort of things. I worry now, that if I don't make an effort to understand the relationship between food and emotions, I'll lose all that ...

I am on day 4 also, and I am hungry. I am doing complete fast. Eating just led to trouble for me.

I just started again on Tuesday! I have been trying since Jan 20. Go for it the first time.

Hey guys...for the last week or so I've been having this fluttering feeling in my chest, almost like my heart is racing. Have been under a lot of stress and I'm thinking maybe it's anxiety or something. Someone mentioned to me that the feeling could also happen if your electrolites are off. A I had to get a new physician and couldn't get in until 4/19. Anyone ever have a similar experience?
