New Discovery

I took a day off from work to clean my house, looked like a herd of goats exploded in it. As I have been cleaning, my stomache started to growl and I become hungry, but I really wanted to finish the kitchen before I went to eat. Lapse, re-lapse, col-lapse

This is, by no means, an original concept. I believe this is one of the things taught in a clinical program (the one that begins with O).

Well, this is the first month and I have lost over 20 pounds. I am so psyched. I am going away for 10 days. I plan on continuing this program while I am away. I hope I can do it.
