Just wanted to let you all know I am starting Medifast today, I recived all my products.
Weigh in today is 219. I will be weighing in on Thursday though, because I go to TOPS on Thursday night.

moring everyone..it is raining hard and seems appropriate for the beginning of my "fast"...I had my first dutch shake at 8 am and was surprized that it did not taste too bad :O)..I have switched to decaf coffee and hopefully it will wake me up. I look forward to my 2 cups of regular coffee in the am and then I usually have decaffinated tea and coffee for the remainder of the day.

Are we allowed decaf coffee and tea and is there a limit?

Hi guys and gals..does everyone weigh themselves everyday??..I have not read any mention or I could have missed it...about vitamins...I take a lot of vitamins every day..Can I continue to do that?

Well i'm new to all of this. Today is Day One for me on Medifast. I have taken it before but never gotten past day 5.
I'm going to do this time. I might need some help but i really want it this time.
