Happy Day!! 20 lbs. gone. It has been 6 weeks now (which went by in a flash). Thanks again for all your support. I don't think I would have been as successful without this special group!!

I would have done this years ago and not gotten to the plus size I was at 4 weeks ago but I am only 4 weeks into this and and have now lost 20lbs. It always seems to come up in May that I want to lose some weight. I'm 17. I was doing very well losing weight a little over a year ago. I managed to go from 185 down to 142. I'm still at 142 but ultimately I'd like to be 125 (or fit into size 5 jeans, I'm currently about a 9). Anyway, just hoping this is a good support forum to keep me motivated, wanted ...

Has anyone experienced hairloss on medifast? I'd love to get a post going on this one folks..i see an increase in hairloss and although I am not overly concerned at the moment, I could be if it gets out of control...

I've almost written a post here on the forum, almost, for a month or so. I was too ashamed to tell you all that I had put 10 pounds back on. Crazy, you guys would be the last to pass judgment, and there's no one harder on themselves than me.

TamiL put it into words perfectly when she recently described her slide before restarting Medifast again. I was down to 150 and I slipped right ...

I mixed some Medifast shakes last Thursday at work and left them in the refrigerator. I didn't get back to work until today. Are the shakes still good or should I toss?

I just weighed in yesterday. I am down a little over 30 pounds. I am so excited! Again, I have to thank all the people on the board for their continuous support. Without it, this would be so much more challenging. You guys are the best. Thanks
