I'm so excited I had to post. I stepped on the scale this morning and it was down exactly 10 pounds from my starting weight 9 days ago. Pretty unbelievable. I guess this puts me in the 10 pound club!

Looking forward to being in the 20 pound club soon!

Hi all because of eating out mothers day I delayed my weigh in until today wednesday and very happy to report a 2 pound loss :lol:

I am back on track and will be weighing in again on monday.

1. I work 40 miles from home and it took two hours to get home because of traffic on the beltway.
2. I had a follow up phone interview for a new job that didn't go very well. The middleman guy wanted me to "pump up" my resume. Sorry dude, won't lie for your job.

I had an endoscopy May 5th and the sedatives they gave me had me whoosey since they took 5 unexpected biopsies with it that day. I am very sensitive to sedatives, anesthesics and certain meds. They also took "tons" of blood vials to update my bloodwork profile, to see if everything is ok. I have my colonoscopy rescheduled for May 19th, next week. Oh boy!!!

My weight loss is S-L-O-W-I-N-G down. I'm almost half way to goal.(still...GRR). I am going to have to do something to kick start my progress again.

Anyway, just wanted to say howdy!

Okay -- had my first shake this morning -- and was pleasantly surprised.

I was concerned that the shake was going to be a little "icky" but it was fairly good. I have the diabetic shakes so I thought that they might have a less than appealing taste but after trying it -- I know I can do this program.

I got the "kit" so I have lots of stuff to try out but no ...

ok..so i have been researching on the net....and i found a bunch of diets that seem kind of similar to medifast...just wondering what other people thought about them...optifast, cambridge diet....something like new direction??...what is the difference between these diets and medifast???hmmm its kinda confusing because they seem like meal replacement diets as well....i would appreciate it if anyone could clear things up for me a bit...maybe some of the experienced memebers please ...
