Can we freeze our MF shakes cand make popcicles?????????

Spicy Tomato Soup:

Mix in your shaker jar:

1 packet MF Creamy Tomato Soup

Pinch of chili powder

Dash of Tabasco sauce


Pour into a mug and heat it up in the microwave....delicious and VERY satisfying!

And you though Mexican food wasn't on the MF plan ;)

Well everyone......I have just finished month 2 ......heading into month three. I was a shake fanatic for 1 month.....then last month I started modifying.....one meal a day plus supplements. The bad part is after modifying I haven't lost a pound! I know I should be doing shakes and thats it but for some reason I start convincing myself its ok as long as I don't gain! :x ...

I have been cruisin' the boards for awhile today with the TV on in the background........I felt disoriented for a moment - am I hearing voices in my head? Is the board reading out loud to me? No! It's a Medifast commercial on Lifetime (during Unsolved Mysteries).........

Whenever I am tempted to eat a load of garbage, I think of my Uncle Jake and look at my toes. (diabetes) That loaf of bread or your toes?

Sometimes it takes those wake-up calls, sometimes it takes another person's experiences to give us a jolt and sometimes we just have to get to the place where we realize that we are worth it, that it is ok to love yourself and it is ok ...

I DO NOT KNOW WHY I AM HAVING SUCH A HARD TIME WITH THIS DIET. I SWEAR I NEED SOMEONE ON MY BACK TO KEEP ME MOTIVATED BECAUSE I AM DISCOURAGED. I AM DEPRESSED BECAUSE I FIND MYSELF CHEATING EVERYDAY AND IT HURTS BECAUSE I HAVE $500.00 WORTH OF MEDIFAST IN MY KITCHEN AND HERE I AM CHEATING. I FEEL ASHAMED BECAUSE I TOLD EVERYONE AT WORK ABOUT ME STARTING THIS DIET AND I HAVE ...

Yep, I got throuth the dreaded day three yesterday. I was not nauseated, but I had the munchies pretty bad. However I made it thru with an extra supplement, lots of water, and family support. I even made it thru a trip to the water park snack bar. I got my diet pepsi and got out of there QUICK. Note to self, send my son next time.

We are planning on going to the movies ...

Well today is day 3 for me, and I am (predictably for me) a little nauseous, a little hungry, and a little headachey.

Oh well. Such is the price we pay for getting thin and gorgeous (like Nancy ;) !!!!!!!!)

My plan for today is to keep busy, stick to the program, and maybe take a nap this afternoon.....

My kroger was out of diet root beer today when my order came in (drat!) and I really wanted to try the vanilla root beer float. Well, they did have something called Canfield's Diet Chocolate Cherry soda, so I tried that with the vanilla medifast and it WAS SO GOOD!!!! :chef:
