I have 16 packets of Chili, half of them are dated 10/11/07 and the other half are dated 10/08.

I would like to sell these for $15.00. I would trade for some oatmeal, but I really don't need anything else as I am overwhelmed with MF food right now! LOL

In May 2006 I started Medifast almost on a whim and lost ~110 pounds. I was still shy of my goal by ~20 pounds late this winter...and then I hit the skids in March due to a series of personal & work catastrophes and have regained ~35-40 lbs.

I am struggling with several health issues - type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, and high blood pressure (under control with medication). I also am on medication for depression. I've had non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and breast cancer. I'm now cancer-free. :yes: But I'm at least 100 pounds overweight. Actually, I'm probably around 120-140 above where I need ...

I am curious if there are other women who are 40ish + years old going through perimenopause?

I have irratic weight loss due to water retention two weeks prior to TOM - 2 weeks of PMS, bloating and tenderness.

Just curious about other's results? Some times it just helps to know I am not the only one.

Well, here we go! With much optimism and prayer, I plan to be the incredible shrinking woman! I'm 6 days into my journey and I'm down 10 pounds. Not a bad start.

I've decided that for every 50 pounds I lose (I've got 277 to lose), I'm getting a jewelry charm to go on the bracelet that I'll get when I make goal. I'm a jewelry lover, so I look forward to making my purchases! ...

has anyone experienced dry itchy skin while on medifast? I guess it might be from the absence of oils in the diet, My face is very dry - using lots more moisturizer - even throughout the day - acne has certainly gotten better, so thats good, I think I will really make sure I am drinking enough water and see if that helps. any input is appreciated.

I hate myself! I lost 130 pounds, started exercising and felt good.
But then I gained about 30 pounds back, stopped exercising, started'
binging again..... I am afraid to weight myself now.
Told myself that I would quit tomorrow .....
Thank God tomorrow is here.
Day 1 of medifast again.....painful...i pray i will make it through without
going through the drivethru again.
