OK, five days into this diet, and I'm already sickened at the sight of pretty bland 1.5 cups of vegetables and 6 oz. of meat. I would normally only eat half this amount per day (the rest would be cookies). I have been "quiet" all summer so time to rejoin the ranks here.

I restarted (again!) at the beginning of the summer. And to date have lost 33 pounds. What I found I needed to do - and for anyone new - this is just what has worked for me...is to be around people who needed to lose ...

I tried blueberry muffins off the recipe on the box of bb oatmeal....not good. mushy. it was 1/3-1/2 c water, van., 1/8 t. baking powder and some cin. Also, chicken and rice soup boiled over in micro and was still chewy. Any suggestions on cooking that soup??

Dayna gave birth to Elizabeth Anne today a little after 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Lizzy was just over 8 lbs, measured 20 1/2 inches long, and is already coiffed with soft, light brown hair.

I still have 2 MF meals to get in. I just finished dinner. Can I have 2 at one time or should I just have 1 and skip the other?? Is it about getting them all in or getting them in spaced for blood sugar reasons??
