I hate the banana :roll: I have some shakes and puddin if anyone wants them

Hi All, is there a list of the nutritional info (how many calories, fat grams, sodium and carbs) we can have total in our Lean and Green meal? I'm asking because I'm trying to concoct an egg foo young recipe with both eggs and shrimp at the same time and don't want to add too much of a good thing. Or if you already have one, I'd love to see it! Thanks!!

I have the following items up for trade:

2 full boxes of chicken noodle soup
6 packs of Raspberry Iced Tea
1 full box + 6 Cranberry Mango Drink
5 packs of Tropical Punch

I love shrimp sauce (white sauce), but I don't really know the ingredients, so I'm not sure if it's allowed. Since it tastes so great, I'm going to assume that it isn't!

Does anyone have a good (legal) recipe that could replace this?

I tried the Cappuchino this morning and after reading all the posts about people not liking it, I decided to try some experimenting..... My husband is from Italy, so expresso and Cappuccino are morning routines at our house, so I knew I had to make this one work for me..... :idea:

why is this product no longer on store shelves. we see regular kraft and miracle whip but no kraft light. my family really enjoyed it. why did you stop making it.
