I then came down with a nasty case of the flu and have had a hard time with the foods since then. 9 Dutch Chocolate Shakes (70)
4 Cream of Tomato Soup
5 Peach Oatmeal
4 Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal
1 Maple & Brown Sugar Oatmeal

She would like ---

Any of the "clear" drinks (tea or fruit punch), cappucinno, Chicken Noodle Soup, Chicken and Rice Soup, or Oatmeal Raisin Bars.

What are your thoughts on Momentum by medifast? I hate the MF drinks because I always get this curdling substance on the top that is gelatin like and completely grosses me out.

Is momentum similar to say, the fruit punch? Do you get buzzed?

I seem to have a lot of stuff I no longer like or simply no longer eat. I really just want to clear this stuff out. So, please help :)
