I have 1 box/6pk of chili, 1 box chicken & wild rice, 1 box cream of broccoli, 6 pkg chicken noodle, and 6 pkg. minestrone that I will trade for pudding, bars, oatmeal, cocoa, and cappuccino in the same amounts.

I have a huge love for Sushi & Sashimi, and wonder how much RAW fish I can consume. I know I can have 7oz cooked, but is there any kind of guideline for raw? (I know I can't have a sushi roll, or any rice)

The same is true with beef - I love my steak, burgers, etc., medium rare or rare, but don't want to misjudge my portions.

Guidance would be appreciated!

Okay, just for our poor friend ManlyMcMuscles who is hooked on low carb Teriyaki Sauce....
This should satisfy the cravings if the worst case scenario comes to pass & you can't find teriyaki sauce anywhere:

1C soy sauce
1/3C splenda
3 Cloves Garlic - minced - add more if you like! Garlic rocks!
