I was at Wal-Mart this weekend and bought one of those ice cube molds that freezes ice sticks that fit in your water bottles. I made some up and put one in my water bottle with some sugar free lipton peach tea. Kept it nice and cold. Just thought I would share that. Terri :guzzle:

It's been a while since I was on the forum and I hope everyone is doing well. I am sad to say that the MediFast program just isn't for me. Don't get me wrong--it's a great program! I ordered my two-week starter kit from the Medifast website. I did not realize that I will need to have 3 shakes a day when i ordered- it doesn't say that anywhere. I thought we could basically have any combo of the supplements and shakes.

Here is what the site said when I ordered:
In order to have enough food for your first 2 weeks on the Medifast 5 & 1 plan, you must order ...

This happened by accident and isn't really a "recipe", but it was quite good.

I slipped a chocolate RTD in the freezer to chill it and forgot about it...I ate it frozen and it was like having a big fudgecicle....I was delighted.
