Hi ya'll. I am not sure if anyone has tried this or not, but I did and it was so good. I am not one to measure stuff, I just do a little of this and a little more or that, etc. I have been cooking since the age of 9 and I know what batter is supposed to look like. Anyway, I made these chocolate cinamon muffins with FROSTING. Yep, FROSTING.

I just got 3 boxes of the Chicken Noodle Soup today and don't like it much.

I will trade it for 2 boxes and 6 packets of any combo of the following (since I used 1 packet):

cream of chicken soup,
strawberry shakes,
banana shakes,
dutch chocolate shakes,
hot cocoa.

Cream of Broccoli -- 1 box
Capacino -- 1 box plus 5 packets
Swiss Mocha 70 -- 5 packets
Orange Creme 70 -- 5 packets


Will take in trade:
Banana pudding!!!
Any bars (especially chocolate mint and peanut butter)
Dutch chocolate shakes (55 or 70)
any chicken soup

I have almost an entire case of Ready to Drink Vanilla if someone wants to trade. I'm not crazy about them.

I would take RTD chocolate

Chocolate shakes
Chicken Noodle soup
Chicken and Rice
Chocolate bars

I used the vanilla shake this morning to make mini cinnamon muffins.They were very tasty and easier than having the shake.
Can I do this for all 5 supplements?

Just made cocktail sauce with the Heinz Carb-1 ketchup (no added sugar) and prepared horseradish (no added sugar). It was GREAT! Have tried other low sugar ones but they just ruin the taste of a perfectly good shrimp!

Now I can eat those precooked shrimp in my freezer for my lean and green - easy and good for this hot weather that is coming!

Or, even better, time for a shrimp boil!

I have always loved hot chocolate-and before MF I always drank Swiss Miss diet hot chocolate. here is the info:
