Lots of Ice

Put all in blender. Blend until thick and creamy.

cioppino with leftover fish

I made this a while back with some leftover fish (I normally detest leftovers and must thoroughly disguise them -- it then becomes an ingredient!) and supplemented with some frozen shrimp we had in the freezer. Pretty tasty.

Creamy Sweet Peanut Butter

Okay, so I had the munchies and I was trying to figure out a snack since I was out of soy crisps and tired of pickles (yes, believe it or not... tired of pickles). So, I had celery, FF cream cheese, and peanut butter (pure, no sugar added made from peanuts and salt).
So, I got to thinking, cream cheese and peanut butter.. how would that taste. So I tried something out.. and it was ...
