I thought I had traded all my oatmeal, but I still have 5 packets. 4 Peach and 1 Maple.

Alright Medi-fast ..... what did you do with my maple brown sugar oatmeal! :x

This is my absolute FAV and I ordered something like 6 boxes (for my regular order plus extra to get through my vacation in July).

I had a pack of it yesterday and thought ... "Oh my!, my taste buds must be off today ... I can't taste the maple OR the brown ...

I find that their list makes keeping close track of L&G calories & carb grams do-able (well, for me anyway).

I have been on Medifast for 3 weeks and don't really like any of the soups. I have 1 box each of chicken & rice, minestrone, chili, cream of tomato, and cream of broccoli that I would like to trade for the following items:

Dutch Chocolate shake
Banana shake
caramel nut bars

If anyone is interested, let me know.

Ok I have Cream of Chicken Soup and Chicken & Rice Soup up for swap.
These are new boxes with one missing from each.

I have found the shakes are for me! But I have never been much of a soup eater anyway.

Oops I accidentally deleted my journal! I was getting a messaeg of unable to find server after I submitted my post, so i submitted it again. Then I realized that it posted twice and I went to delet the last reply in the thread. Instead I deleted my whole thread! Is there anyway to recover it?? Or should I just say oops and start a gain on my journal? :cry:
