I just cleaned out my pantry & found that I have 145 Medifast meals available!
I would prefer to sell them all together, but may be willing to split them up - I thought I'd offer them here before putting them ...

Yum...... just experimented.

1 pkg of chocolate pudding
6 oz of water
5-6 ice cubes
a splash of sugar free peanut butter syrup (torani or davinchi)

Blend in blender and you have a nice, thick, peanut butter cup shake.
