Have two full boxes of Banana pudding and Cream of Chicken Soup to trade for Vanilla Shakes or Ready to Drink Vanilla Shakes.

I tried this today and it was SO yummy. I love lobster bisque and even though we can't have sherry :roll: this was almost the real thing.

1 packet MF Cream of Chicken Soup
6-8 oz. water
dash of garlic powder
1 tsp. of Better Than Bullion Lobster Base (this stuff is awesome -- could not find it in the store so ordered online)

We all have our favorites, and the above are not mine. The chai is an unopened box, and the soup and the pudding are 6 packets each. I would trade for dutch choc shakes, maple and brown sugar oatmeal, chicken noodle or chicken and wild rice soups. I'm in RI. I had this recipe long before I started MF, but just realized it would make an ideal L & G and it's soooo good.

Rosemary Chicken

1 small onion, chopped
3 stalks celery, cut into pieces
4 chicken breasts
1 t. dry rosemary or 1 T. fresh
1/2 head cabbage, cut into wedges
4 potatoes, quartered (I leave these for my kids to have, but turnips could be easily substituted)

Okay so I think I have my answer to the banana pudding, which was the MF meal I dreaded most. I turned it into a shake. Loads of ice, a splash of Buttered Rum DV SF syrup and a lot of pumpkin pie spice. Yum. I think I will do the pudding as shakes from now on because really not a fan of the texture of any puddings.

So someone suggested to heat the oatmeal raisin bars and I tried it and it was great. I took a small fork, put the bar on a small plate, and it was like eating pastry. This morning I did it with the lemon bar and it was yummy too. Going to try it with all of them. But have to be careful as you can only nuke them for 20 seconds or so ...

I got the fruit punch substituted in my order, and had a severe respiratory attack when I drank it (i'm allergic to pineapple). I read the ingredients, and must have been sleeping because HELLO! there is a picture of pineapple on the box!

I gave one to a friend to see if she would trade, but she didn't like it, so I have 5 left.

I will tradt them for any hot drink, shakes, or ...

Hi to everyone. I am relatively new to this. Only ten days. I wonder if anyone else experienced fatigue and/or headaches in the beginning? I do not feel so great. But I have stuck to this because I really do need to lose the weight. Size 18 and not happy about it. I did start the program doing a lot of research on how to stick to this by finding recipes that made the food ...

I have 5 packets of minestrone soup I want to trade for pudding, oatmeal, chicken rice soup, 55 shakes (chocolate vanilla strawberry), or diabetic shakes. I'm also willing to do 4 bars for all 5 soups. I'm never going to eat these so they're just wasting space.
