I am sure someone posted this already, but for those of you who like puddings this might be worth a try. I think the texture and taste are yummy and it might make a good cheesecake if one uses the MF crackers as pie crust. Just a thought. I am going to try it for Thanksgiving.

Someone mentioned thai peanut sauce recently and it got me going. So, since I couldn't find one that would be ok for MF I made one up. I used Steels Mango Curry Sauce 2.8 carbs per TBSP and added Davinci SF Peanut Butter Syrup. Yummie.
