Hi, I would like to trade my cream of chicken(2) boxes, and/or my chicken and wild rice for whatever you might have...any takers.

Will even sell them outright?

Would trade for any of the following in any quantity:

cappuccino
chocolate shakes
swiss mocha shakes
vanilla shakes
chai latte
chocolate pudding

I wasn't sure where to post this, so I'll put it here.

Many of my friends and family want to know how I lost weight. When I tell them "Medifast", they all think it is some kind of a fast I've been on. In fact, it wasn't until I was on the program for weeks that I figured out the name "Medifast" implied fast weight loss, not starvation fast.

I wonder how many people are ...

I've got a few pairs of men's pants up for grabs. A few pair of Docker type, a few Jeans, and a pair of Black Jean Shorts. Sizes 52 and 54 X 30 Isn't Medifast great? :mrgreen:

I did a search in this section for salmon and there's lots of talk about how much to eat , smoking it etc but nothing really about just cooking it.

I'm not much of a cook so I was wondering if someone can give me a suggestion on how they cook theirs. On the grill, in the oven, seasonings, etc. I'm clueless even on how long to cook it.

Any help would be great.

I have a full box (7 pkgs) of Cappuccino if anyone is interested in swapping for any of these :

I have developed a sudden aversion to the Fruit N Nut bars- not really sure why- I used to like them quite a bit!!!

At any rate, I have a brand new, unopened box up for trade.

I'd prefer to swap for bars if possible, but I'm open to suggestions?

Also- still have a new box of Minestrone if anyone is interested...doesn't seem to be very popular these days! ...

six (6) Maple & brown sugar oatmeal
six (6) chocolate and banana puddings
six (6) Minestrone soup.

All have expirations in 2007.
