Can someone tell me how this is working for them. I've been ordering for 3 months now and would probably have benifited from the auto ship but I am concerned because I simply don't order the same things each month. Is a reminder sent out that the order will be processed and it is time to review it, or what? :?:

I need to make an order but I hate to do that before the Feb. specials are announced ... Is there information out yet so I know whether to order now or wait? Thanks.

I just love this, reminds me of chocolate graham cracker pie.

Crust:

1 packet oatmeal - (I use apple cinnamon)
1 packet splenda
1/2 tsp baking powder
Any spices you might want to add.. I use cinnamon & apple pie spice
Just enought water to make it stick together (you want it very thick)

i checked both the medifast1 site and the TSFL one and neither give an option for me to pick Canada as a country. i cannot finish my order!

so what's happened? i've been off the diet since i was ill back in October. i want back on and this is kinda stressing me out now. :(
