I have (I think) 5 apple cinnamon oatmeal packages and 1 latte (none with expired dates) I'm looking to trade.

I dont' want any bars. I like chocolate pudding (take one of another flavor if I have to), soups, chili, eggs, etc.

I have six diabetic peanut bars available for trade. They are fresh - just got them. But the sweetner doesn't work for me.

I am open to trade almost anything.

I am getting tired of chicken and turkey. I saw the pretend lobster and crab at the fish counter. I assume we can have it. How in the heck do you prepare it? It says it's already cooked. Do you just heat and eat? I am not a huge fish fan, but I need to expand my dinner options.

I changed my autoship to include those WONDERFULLY DANGEROUS apple-cinnamon soy crisps. :woohoo: They are just as wonderful as I heard. There at the bottom of the bag, among those little crumbs that I just can't MAKE myself throw away, was something black. :shock: It is about 1/2 ...

This is a recipe from over on the official Medifast forums. Apparently everybody loves it to death. The lady who posted it is just about worshipped, LOL. Her name is dbbthreads and she has lost 82 pounds already, at least one 100+ pound loser advocates these as well.

I have up for sale or trade 1 unopened box of 7 plus 1 loose bar all exp 6/07. These are the bars prior to the reformulaion of the chewy bars with crispies. pm me if interested :)

Mmmmmmmmm I could have sworn I had checked the store shelves before for Davinci and Torani syrups at the local grocery store. I wa surprised to see they had some in stock. I had to get the Kahlua flvored sugar free syrup - it made tonights cappi simply divine! :-P

First of all I love MF!!!!!!!! I am one month in and down 20#. My question is this, when I order the first time I only payed $200 w/the week free. My sister was so surprized that she too placed an order, but she had to pay $275 w/the week free. Why is this???????
